LEXINGTON, N.C. — July 20, 2021 — Customer focus and strategic thinking are key factors for success in the textile industry, which is why Navis TubeTex and family-owned Thies are proud to announce their collaboration to meet evolving customer needs. With a combined history over 200 years long, both companies share the tradition of serving the customer while looking to the future.
Going forward, Navis TubeTex will collaborate with Thies on an agency basis to sell Thies dyeing machines, chemical dispensing units, and heat recovery systems in Honduras, Canada, and the US.
According to Will Motchar, Navis TubeTex President and CEO: “Having the ability to sell Thies’ line-up of machinery will enhance our customers’ abilities to add value, save money through automation, and reduce environmental impacts from manufacturing. We’re being asked routinely how our technologies can help meet financial and environmental goals, and Thies helps strengthen our ability to respond.” Based in Lexington, N.C., and founded in 1929, Navis TubeTex offers a diverse range of machines for tubular and open-width textile finishing. The addition of Thies machines broadens its offering to include yarn and fabric dyeing.
