DESCRIPTION:Presented by Raul Thomas\, Uster Technologies \nThe workshop covers how to manually calculate the component deliveries of machine gear plans to determine the causes of the periodic defects on the spectrogram. For workshop exercises\, participants should bring calculators — a smart phone will suffice — as well as machine gear plans from their plants. If participants bring gear plans from their plants\, please make sure that all change pulleys and gear sizes are known. The workshop will cover manual calculations only. The Evenness Interpretation class is a strongly recommended prerequisite for this workshop.
