C.A. Litzler Co. Inc., Cleveland, has sold two new carbon fiber oxidation oven systems to customers
in China.
Both ovens feature Litzler’s alternating cross-flow design, which provides uniform airflow
across the entire tow band at up to 4 meters wide. They also include patented end-seals that seal
the ends of the oxidation oven, preventing cold air infiltration and increasing airflow and
temperature uniformity while reducing hydrocyanic acid levels.
