South Windsor, Conn.-based Gerber Scientific Inc. -- a developer of computer-aided design and computer-aided management and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions for the apparel and flexible materials industries -- has acquired Yunique Solutions Inc., a New York City-based developer of Web-based software solutions for the fashion industry.
