Denver-based VF Corp. has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Supreme®, a privately-owned streetwear brand. The Carlyle Group and Goode Partners, current investors, are selling their stakes in Supreme. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2020, and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
James Jebbia, the brand’s founder, and the senior leadership team will remain with the company, which is headquartered in New York City.
