TAYLORS, S.C. — April 26, 2011 — 2010 and 2011 to date has seen continuous upward movement in costs
of key raw materials. These increases have been driven by events and circumstances over which Jain
Chem has little or no control. Among these raw materials are ethoxylated surfactants, monomers,
polymers, and other critical components used to manufacture our products.
As a result, Jain Chem will be increasing prices from 5 to 15% effective June 1, 2011 for its
specialty chemical products and coatings. Jain Chem sales representative will be contacting
individual customers with more detail. Jain Chem will maintain our commitment to bring value to its
customers’ businesses with innovative products and exceptional customer service.
