KlenzPod Wins WOW Innovation Award

KlenzPod, a new wet wipe dispensing system, received the inaugural WOW Innovation Award, presented
at the second annual World of Wipes (WOW) Conference, held last month in Chicago and organized by
the Cary, N.C.-based Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry. The WOW Awards are given to
industry members who have introduced new, value-added processes and products into the wipes market.

The KlenzPod system features an innovative NippleNozzle that prevents more than one wipe
from being pulled from the dispenser at a time, therefore curbing moisture loss and eliminating
unnecessary waste. The KlenzPod dispenser can be securely affixed to walls, medical trolleys,
bathroom stalls and changing stations in office facilities, hotels and restaurants.

“The KlenzPod is receiving enthusiastic acceptance from those who would like to install them
where appearance is of critical importance in addition to functionality,” said Mick Gordon,
inventor of Klenzpod.

The five other finalists, which were chosen from products the industry nominated earlier
this year, were: Finland-based Ahlstrom Corp.’s Natural Choice Flushable Wet Wipe; Tulsa,
Okla.-based Care Dynamics Inc.’s Handwashing Towelette; San Francisco-based Method Products Inc.’s
Bamboo Household Cleaning Wipes; Bronx, N.Y.-based Polytex Environmental Inks Ltd.’s AquaPuff
Expandable Ink; and Rogers, Ark.-based Strateline Industries’ and Sheboygan, Wis.-based Rockline
Industries’ Environmentally Sensitive Baby Wipe.
