Palmetto Synthetics LLC, Kingstree, S.C., will add a second recycling line at its
250,000-square-foot facility and build a 25,000-square-foot warehouse. The $1.1 million expansion
is expected to be completed by April 2014 and create 20 jobs. The company, founded in 1997,
previously expanded its operations in 2008 and 2010.
