ZAGREB, Croatia — March 5, 2015 — Azon’s RAZOR is bringing together the award winning printing technology with stronger, faster and more powerful LED curing system. The long lasting, energy efficient UV LED lamp generates low levels of heat for printing directly on a wide range of surfaces and three-dimensional objects. 13 inches wide RAZOR can now print directly onto PET, ABS, polycarbonate, TPU, wood, leather and other soft materials up to 20 cm height.
Advanced print head technology ensures the photo quality input up to 1440×5760 dpi. Auto adjustable distance mode is specially designed for the flawless printing around the surface of the curved objects with a standard distance deviation of 2 mm or less. With seven automatic modes, printer’s productivity and overall performance is dramatically enhanced.
The RAZOR features AZON UV ink in CMYK, white and varnish for extraordinary colour gamut, along with premium varnishing and embossing effects. Moreover, varnish or gloss AZON UV ink can be layered into interesting patterns and textures in both gloss and matte finishes. Additionally, a fully enclosed system enables the machine to stay clean from dust and debris providing the air flow with its improved ventilation.
The new user friendly screen display, small-format UV LED solution and upgraded Rip software are some of the RAZOR’s many features that make this machine so versatile.
