ITMA 2011 Exhibitor Previews

Spartanburg, S.C.
Hall 6, Booth C109

Visitors to Tandematic stand H6 C109 will see the complete Tandematic package of stenter auxiliaries for stenter entry and exit: "split level" selvedge decurling system with nip roller for curl-free presentation to the pins, pinning waste control system for increased fabric yield, rail guidance system for no mis-pins, top surface gum application for reduced selvedge waste, and the trend-setting shear cut trim system for extraordinary cutter blade life and no more trim waste wrapped around the chain.

Product improvements being shown since the last ITMA include streamlining of the pinning waste control system, different pumping method for the gum application system, and addition of a "quick blade change" feature on the trim system.

The modified stenter infeed arrangement on view at the Tandematic stand introduces an"S-wrap" design at the entry which prevents fabric from slipping on the overfeed roll for true reading of percentage of overfeed, along with a pin-on wheel/nip roller modification for easy conversion from "pin" mode to "clip" mode and vice versa.

A stand-alone demo Tandematic trim unit is operational for cutting of sample fabrics.

Videos of the entire family of Tandematic products - for stenters and for other finishing ranges - are running continuously.

Tandematic representatives from around the world will join our personnel in the stand.Product information is currently on our website www.tandematic.com; literature and will be available at the exhibition.

USA-based Tandematic Inc specializes in innovative low tension, "hands-off" fabric handling equipment for continuous dyeing, printing and finishing ranges. We guarantee reduced pinning waste and trim waste, and increased fabric yield at the stenter.
