Sclavos

Greece
Hall 4, Booth B127

SCLAVOS S.A. has moved again the standards of the Knitted fabric sector in the Dyeing Industry to new levels.

Being a fabric dyeing machines manufacturer since 1948, Sclavos stays committed in serving the specific industry by offering innovative and effective solutions than the normal available standards.

In 2003 the first generation of the Athena series fabric dyeing machines was launched at ITMA Birmingham which proved to be an outright success. Then at ITMA Munich  2007 the Athena2 model started its successful debut in the world textile industry.

Up to now more than 700 Athena units of both versions are in operation all over the world, fulfilling the demands of today's high Industry standards. Sclavos R&D Department following the experience and feedback of the great success of Athena series, has designed a major upgrading of this well established model, which will be launched in ITMA 2011 in Barcelona under the name Athena3.

New features of Athena3 are focusing into versatility of the machine so that running of very light and heavy weight fabrics will be possible at same machine with low Liquor Ratio and full repeatability.

Also Athena3 is offering a more advanced performance and much lower water, power and energy consumptions due to new unique technology applied. Moreover, quality of fabric is the main objective of the new approach of Athena3 incorporated technology.
