Kiri Holding Singapore Pvt. Ltd. has acquired all DyStar companies located in the United States and
Canada from Platinum Equity USA. The deal includes DyStar’s North American headquarters in
Charlotte, a production facility and warehouse in Reidsville, N.C., and a warehouse in Southgate,
Calif. The North American organization employs 126 people and generates annual revenues of more
than $100 million.
