Huntsman Textile Effects, Switzerland, reports its new Albatex® DBS leveling agent acts as a dye
bath softener, which helps reduce problems created by impurities and metal ions such as calcium,
magnesium, iron and copper that might be present in the dyebath. The agent also offers complexing
and dispersing properties, and is very stable over a wide range of temperatures and pHs.
