DuPont Unveils Newest Artistri™ P5000 Inks
DuPont Digital Printing, Wilmington, Del., has launched the newest generation of its DuPont™
Artistri™ P5000 Color Inks for direct-to-garment digital printing on cotton and cotton-rich blends
as well as non-cotton fabrics.
The P5000 series inks are used with printers that have low-viscosity piezo-electric printheads for applications such as high-quality sampling, strike-off and production printing. The printing system integrates ink and DuPont pretreatment solutions for optimum results, DuPont reports.
“This next generation of P5000 Series color inks will provide enhanced wash and substrate performance as well as improved printing and end-use properties over a wider range of substrates, including non-cotton fabrics,” said Michael Lazzara, global business manager, DuPont Artistri.
