Dixie Announces Changes To Board And Management
Chattanooga, Tenn.-based carpet and rug manufacturer The Dixie Group Inc. has announced several changes to its Board of Directors and company management.
Joseph L. Jennings Jr. has resigned
from the company’s Board of Directors, citing personal reasons. The board has named Walter W.
Hubbard, retired president and CEO of Hopewell, Va.-based Honeywell Nylon Inc., to replace Jennings
as a director.
Todd Vande Hei has resigned as president, Fabrica International Inc., and vice president, The Dixie Group. Craig Lapeere, formerly president, Masland Residential Division, and vice president, The Dixie Group, succeeds Vande Hei.
Daniel K. “Kennedy” Frierson Jr., formerly executive vice president, Dixie Home Division, has been promoted to president, Masland Residential.
