Lanxess AG, Germany, and Sino
Surfactant Corp., Taiwan, have formed a partnership for the toll manufacturing of Lanxess’s textile
processing chemicals (TPCs) at Sino Surfactant’s subsidiary, Sino Surfactant (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.
“[Our] relationship with Sino demonstrates our commitment to meet the demands of the
[Chinese textile] industry,” said Luis Lopez-Remon, senior vice president, Lanxess, with
responsibility for the global TPC business. “Additionally, our global structure will enable us to
bring new developments into the Chinese market and will also help the Chinese industry to meet the
environmental requirements.”
