PRG Opens Texarkana Plant

Precision Roll Grinders (PRG) Inc., Allentown, Pa., a provider of industrial roll grinding and repair services for nonwovens, paper, plastics and other industries, has opened a 30,000-square-foot plant in Texarkana, Ark.

“The new plant embodies the newest and finest technology available,” said Jim Manley, president. “New equipment and technology represents 75 percent of the plant’s total cost of almost $10 million.”

Plant equipment includes Waldrich Siegen grinders, a CNC lathe and a Schenk hard-balancing machine.
