INDA Expands Government Relations Program

The Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry (INDA), Cary, N.C., has expanded its Government Relations Program in an effort to better educate and inform elected officials in Congress about issues important to the nonwovens industry. Peter Mayberry, director of government affairs, and Jessica Franken, government affairs associate, will lead the program from INDA's offices in Washington.

"We have reacted successfully to legislative issues when they have arisen in the past, but now INDA will be more proactive on behalf of its industry members on issues that concern the manufacturing and selling of nonwoven fabrics and related products," said Mayberry.
