Bakron Presents TORLON 35 Sewing Machine Parts

Bakron PresentsTORLON® 4435 Sewing Machine PartsBakron Corp., Buffalo Grove, Ill., now manufactures hooks, bobbins and bobbin baskets using Alpharetta, Ga.-based Solvay Advanced Polymers LLCs TORLON® 4435 polyamide-imide polymer. The company says the new parts require no lubrication and minimal adjustment, and dont stick or slip, allowing sewing machines to run at speeds approaching 9,000 revolutions per minute. In addition, they are flexible enough to allow slight variations between upper and lower thread tensions, an advantage in light-tension stitching.
