following officers at its 35th annual meeting:
James W. Chesnutt, National Spinning Co. Inc., president;
Stephen G. Dobbins, Carolina Mills Inc., first vice president; and
Werner Bieri, Buhler Quality Yarns Corp., second vice president.
Fred A. Jackson, American & Efird Inc., was re-elected treasurer.
Michael S. Hubbard was re-elected executive vice president and secretary.
Charlotte-based CHT R. Beitlich USA has named Ted A. Dickson president and CEO.
Glenoit Fabrics (H.G.) Corp., New York City, has promoted Joe Zeoli to national sales manager. Zeoli will oversee home, outerwear, sportswear, outdoor and accessories fabric sales in the United States and Canada.
Boehme Filatex USA Inc., Reidsville, N.C., has appointed Randall A. Cox business manager of its U.S. textile auxiliaries business.
St. Louis-based Solutia Inc. has named Dale Kline global business director, specialty fluids.
Buxton Midyette has been appointed director of marketing for the Supima Association, Phoenix.
Dyneon, Oakdale, Minn., has appointed Ian Rodricks marketing manager, specialty additives.
Cotton Incorporated, New York City, has reorganized its Global Product Marketing Division in the Western Hemisphere into two departments: Americas Mill Marketing and Brand Marketing. Previous senior director of Global Product Marketing, Mike Tyndall, is now senior director of Americas Mill Marketing. Dennis Horstman is now director, Brand Marketing. The company also has promoted Paula Rosario to senior executive, retail and fashion marketing.
