Schlafhorst Offers Belcoro Structured Denim Kit

Keeping up with the whims of fashion, Germany-based W. Schlafhorst AGandCo. has developed a complete Belcoro parts kit to adapt Autocoro spinning positions to produce the yarns required for current denim fabric trends. The economically priced kit allows production of the yarns without using additional mechanical devices. It includes an opening roller with specially shaped teeth, allowing a defined, clearly visible, reproducible yarn structure. Also included are selected rotors and navels to ensure desired yarn quality. The fabric made from these yarns, Belcoro Structured Denim, recalls the original denim of the late 19th century. It has a slightly uneven structure, but also has a smooth surface and soft hand, and is comfortable and easy-care.Schlafhorst recommends that the yarns be produced using the Autocoro 312 equipped with the Corobox SE 11 and Electronic Vacuum Adjustment.
