DyStar L.P. Acquires Anglostar LLC And Subsidiaries
CHARLOTTE — October 4, 2012 — Mr. Ruan Weixiang, Chairman of the Lonsheng Group and DyStar
are pleased to announce that DyStar L.P. completed the acquisition of Anglostar LLC and its
subsidiaries Anglostar Colombia S.A.S., Anglostar Ecuador S.A. and Anglostar Peru S.A.C. on 1
October 2012. Since 30 March 2010, Anglostar LLC was the exclusive distributor for DyStar products
in the Andean region.
"The acquisition of Anglostar LLC is a pivotal move to accelerate the rapid growth that we are experiencing in 2012 in the Andean region," commented Ron Pedemonte, President of DyStar Americas. He continued: "We have been working very closely with the Anglostar LLC management team since 2010 to help them develop and build their regional foundation. The combination of Anglostar's excellent team and DyStar L.P.'s financial power will provide the Andean customers a strong and long-term supplier of dyes, chemicals, and services."
