Nashville, Tenn.-based sewing thread manufacturer Volunteer Thread Co. will sell all assets, including intellectual property, finished thread inventory, more than 200,000 pounds of greige thread twist yarn, and auxiliary plant equipment. The company has retained Spartanburg-based Yellow Tag Auctions — a licensed auction firm that works with businesses, financial institutions and government entities — to conduct three online auctions of the assets from July 1 to July 12.
