Datatex Closes A Record 2011 And Kicks Off 2012 With A Full Pipeline

MILAN — January 30, 2012 — After years of investment in the new NOW web base ERP specialized for the textile and apparel industry, Datatex reports record breaking package license sales in 2011. Number of new customers totaling over 1300 new seats were three times more than these in 2010. Strongest markets were: USA, Italy, India, Switzerland, Turkey and Thailand.

5 new contracts were signed in December alone.

Datatex offers one of the world's only full web ERP solutions, written with close adherence to J2EE standards and therefore open run on most data bases and infrastructure solutions. Users can work on NOW using any device enabled with a browser including tablets, smart phones and palm top devises.

"Our implementation methodology has improved greatly with the experience acquired, we will publish in the very near future a detailed case study of a fully vertical textile and apparel customer in India who has gone live in production including the integration and implementation of financials in less than 5 months" says Mr Ronnie Hagin, CEO Datatex,  adding "The fact that we can offer an apparel and textile web based ERP solution allowing secure and effortless remote access with portability options to the cloud has proven one to be the key success factor in sales this past year, considering the still difficult financial climate and the caution most enterprises practice in their decision making process. Technology and the unique textile and apparel standard functionality continue to be our strength and advantage over competition."

NOW customers vary from very small installations  with 5 users  up to corporations with more than 1000 users.
