National Safety Apparel Acquires Vinatronics

CLEVELAND, Ohio — December 10, 2012 — National Safety Apparel (NSA), a seventy-six year-old manufacturer of safety apparel, has acquired Seattle-based Vinatronics, a high visibility apparel manufacturer.

Jason Leniski, GM of Vinatronics says "NSA and Vinatronics share a common tradition of high quality "Made in the USA" products. NSA's sales force, distribution network, and cutting-edge manufacturing capabilities will power Vinatronics' long term growth and sustainability, and provide more sales and service support to our customers."

Duane Siders, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for National Safety Apparel, added "This acquisition is a clear indication that Made-in-the-USA is more important to the safety industry than ever before, and National Safety Apparel is committed to offering high-quality and innovative products manufactured right here in the United States.
