STAMFORD, United Kingdom — October 13, 2011 — U.K. based, global fashion sourcing company Simon Foster Sourcing Limited (SFS) has agreed to acquire London based jersey wear supplier Xavia Fashions Limited in a deal that will further strengthen its global sourcing capabilities within the group.

The Xavia acquisition will broaden the Group's capabilities in the provision of global sourcing for major retailers worldwide covering Men's, Women's and Children's wear. The enlarged group is able to offer jersey wear, knitwear, casual wovens and denim as well as creating significant synergies with its existing business.
