HueMetrix Inc.

Raleigh, N.C.
Hall 4, Booth C115

Huemetrix™ Inc., has released the commercial version of it's Dye-It-Right™ monitor with three launch partners; Hanes Brands Inc., Cotton Inc., and Adaptive Control Solutions, Inc.

With an increased emphasis on reduction of environmental impact of the dying process and the desire to increase efficiency and quality for higher profitability the HueMetrix systems have become increasingly popular for dyers and dye companies. The new advanced technology characterizes critical dye behavior faster and more accurately than ever before. Advanced dye chemistry analysis enables increased process optimization for decreased manufacturing costs such as time, water, energy, dye and auxiliaries. This allows for effective troubleshooting of shade variation and unlevelness and provides for better quality control of key process inputs such as dye lot variation. HueMetrix Board Member, Michael Zapata III, who has been with the company since it's inception said "It is not often that you can be part of a company that can bring such significant increases in cost savings and profitability to its customers while also helping them to significantly reduce their environmental footprint."

Hanes Brands Inc. and Cotton Inc. have found benefits in Dye QualityControl, Dye Compatibility Checks, Chemical and Auxiliary Evaluations, Recipe and Procedure Optimization, Shade Matching and QualityTroubleshooting. Jerry Rowland, CEO and experienced industry executivesays that "With this system the immediate quality and repeatability problems faced by all dye houses can be addressed and solved immediately. We now have more than a dozen different case studies of customers who have seen significant results."

The HueMetrix Dye-It-Right system will be on display in the Adaptive Controls booth, Building  H4, booth number C115 at ITMA (International Exhibition of Textile Machinery) in Barcelona the 22nd through 29th of September. ITMA is an international trade show and conference for manufacturers and suppliers of textile raw materials and chemicals, machinery and equipment, and textile technology and instrumentation.

HueMetrix is located in Raleigh, North Carolina USA and is dedicated to making 'Right First Time Dyeing a Reality' through the development, production, and service of revolutionary real-time dye process optimization systems and real-time, adaptive shade control systems for textile manufacturing environments.
