Azon Introduces TexTreat Pretreatment Machine
Croatia-based Azonprinter d.o.o. has developed TexTreat, a garment pretreatment machine for
prepping garments for white ink printing on equipment such as the Azon Texpro printer. The company
reports the machine primes the garment consistently with repeatable results for bright, vibrant
colors.
The machine, which is plugged into a 220-volt AC outlet, features a 6-nozzle spray design powered by a hydraulic system. According to the company, hydraulic application produces a fine spray pattern with no spitting or blotches.
TexTreat offers the operator full control over the pretreatment fluid application from placement of the spray to the amount of fluid used, which can save up to 50 percent in pretreatment fluid consumption.
A full touch-screen interface facilitates operation including changing spray length; or filling, cleaning or emptying the fluid delivery system.
In addition, TexTreat features three fluid inputs - one for water and two for pretreatment solutions - and also output connections to recycle up to 95 percent of the fluid back to the container it was dispensed from.
