IFAI Expo Americas 2010 To Offer Business Track

ROSEVILLE, Minn. -- July 2, 2010 -- Come to the LARGEST specialty fabrics trade event in the Americas. Registration opens July 14, 2010.  Visit www.ifaiexpo.com.

The Business Track will include:
Sustainable Design Green Roofs and Landscapes
Tuesday, October 26
6:00 - 9:00 pm
This workshop is FREE to licensed architects and landscape architects. The 3-hour session provides helpful information on learning about the use of geosynthetics and industrial textiles in designing sustainable, energy-efficient environments green roofs.

* Learn why geosynthetic materials are producing  sustainable, energy efficient environments
* See the geosynthetic materials and learn about performance characteristics
* Learn the steps to a successful landscape project with textile materials
* Get new ideas for designing landscapes, green roofs, green walls and related building structures
* Collect resources and contacts for getting started with textile materials

This workshop is free to licensed architects and landscape architects. It provides 2.0 CEHs. Architects must RSVP with Terri Rogers at tarogers@ifai.com or call +1 651 225 6945. All others may register online; registration fee not included in a Full Business Package to IFAI Expo Americas 2010. The program is organized by the Geosynthetic Materials Association. Licensed architects earn 2.0 CEHs
