Operators can simply enter the length and quantity of cuts, load the core and press start. The machine will automatically cut cores while the operator is free to perform other duties. Its versatility means that you can achieve even greater output in less time by adding automation features like Auto Loading, or Parent and Cut Core Handling.
 
While Appleton Mfg. Division offers a full line of automated core cutting solutions, the A301 is suitable for parent core lengths ranging from 5' to 14' and core diameters from 1" I.D. to 21" O.D.  The precision of the air-assisted knife produces clean, burnished cuts every time and minimizes unwanted scrap due to operator error.
