A&E Introduces Anefil Dry Thread Line

Mt. Holly, N.C.-based yarn and thread manufacturer American & Efird Inc. (A&E) has introduced its Anefil Dry line of high-performance, non-wicking sewing thread. Anefil Nylon® Dry and Anefil Poly® Dry threads are designed to endure multiple launderings and maintain their non-wicking properties without affecting sewability. The thread is available in several sizes and a full range of colors, and can be used in various applications including sporting and recreational, military and defense, geotextiles, and footwear, among other applications.

A&E’s Dry line recently received the 2009 Recommended Vendor Certificate for Gore-Tex® footwear applications from Newark, Del.-based W.L. Gore & Associates Inc., manufacturer of Gore-Tex fabric.
