NCTO Sees 2007 As A “Year In Transition”

The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) has issued its annual economic and trade
review, which cites some positive developments in the area of international trade but warns of
serious problems on the horizon when China’s textile and apparel import quotas are removed at the
end of this year.
