Spirax Sarco Unveils Direct Injection Humidifier

Spirax Sarco Inc., Blythewood, S.C., has launched the HygroMatik® direct steam injection humidifier for use in processing plants as well as institutional and other commercial facilities. Designed for use in air duct systems, the lightweight, compact humidifier injects dry, saturated steam into the system with no condensate carryover. The condensation and dry steam are separated in a stainless steel separator, and the steam passes through the orifices of stainless steel manifolds in the duct. Manifolds from 6 inches to 13 feet long are available. The humidifier may be equipped with either a modulating pneumatic or electric actuator.
