Lubrizol Introduces PrintRite® DP-320 Coating

Lubrizol Advanced Materials Inc., a subsidiary of The Lubrizol Corp., Wickliffe, Ohio, reports its PrintRite® DP-320 digital ink-jet receptive coating for fabrics used as print media offers high-quality, bright and vibrant imaging for such end-uses as indoor point-of-purchase advertising, decorative prints, trade show banners and displays, signage and art reproduction canvases.

The eco-friendly coating, designed for water-based ink systems, produces a matte finish but can be custom-mixed to provide higher gloss, flame retardancy and/or other characteristics. Suitable substrates include polyester, nylon and cotton, among others. Application techniques include knife-coating, Meyer rod and others.
