Gregor, Lovell Team To Specialize In Technical Textiles Margers And Acquisitions

Charlotte, N.C.-based Edward C. Gregor & Associates LLC and Lovell Global Holdings LLC have partnered to expedite mergers and acquisitions (M&A), specializing in the technical textiles industry. Each company has more than 35 years of experience in both the technical textiles industry and M&A activities. The organization intends to serve small- to medium-sized companies with annual sales between $5 million and $300 million.

“We saw a hole in the market for both private and public companies interested in selling or forming joint ventures,” said Edward C. “Ed” Gregor, managing director, Edward C. Gregor & Associates. “As the technical textile market grows year over year faster than the economy, it’s an ideal time for sellers to obtain a premium for their business by connecting with domestic and overseas organizations who are seeking to diversify their business or expand their industry holdings.”

“Our organization has put together many transactions over the years from the simple to the complex, working with both family-owned companies to prominent corporations and financial institutions all around the world,” said John Lovell,” president, Lovell Global Holdings, and an associate of Edward C. Gregor & Associates. “We consider our combination of industry expertise and M&A experiences to be unique and pride ourselves on creating a favorable atmosphere, taking into account the special needs and desires of all the parties.”
