The Arlington, Va.-based American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA) has released the third edition of the global AAFA Restricted Substances List (RSL) for home textiles, apparel and footwear applications. The AAFA RSL lists chemicals and other substances restricted by government regulation or law from being present in a product.
