X-Rite Finalizes Pantone Acquisition

Grand Rapids, Mich.-based X-Rite Inc. has completed its acquisition of Carlstadt, N.J.-based Pantone Inc. for $180 million (See “X-Rite, Pantone Enter Acquisition Agreement,” Breaking News, www.TextileWorld.com, Aug. 28, 2007).
