Rieter Bestows Rieter Award 2007
Rieter Textile Systems, Switzerland, recently honored seven students with the Rieter Award 2007.
Presented annually since 1989, the award recognizes distinguished students and young professionals.
Yang Xu, Xi’an Politechnic University of China; Devi Meenakshi and Sumeet Khanna, NIT Jalandhar, India; Dao Thuy Hanoi, University of Technology, Vietnam; Venkateswaran Selvarajan, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, India; Nermine Fadel, Alexandria University, Egypt; and Demet Yilmaz, Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey, were rewarded with the opportunity to meet Rieter management in Switzerland and Germany. The award winners also had the opportunity to explore Lucerne, Switzerland, and Munich, Germany, where they also toured ITMA 2007.
