Effective November 1 or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Co., Midland, Mich., will raise the off-list prices of certain oxygenated solvents products in North America.

Certain alcohols will increase by 3 to 6 cents per pound. Certain esters will increase by 6 cents per pound. Certain acetone derivatives and E-series P-series glycol ethers will increase by 3 cents per pound.
