Avery Dennison Unveils Heat Transfer Bonders

Avery Dennison Retail Information Services, Westlake Village, Calif., has introduced a new line of industrial grade heat transfer bonders that it claims improves productivity by 50 percent and ensures precision placement.

The new line includes two single bonders and a high-speed roll-fed bonder, which all feature adjustable controls for the regulation of pressure, time and heat parameters. The bonders also are easy to use, ruggedly constructed and designed for reliable operation, according to Avery Dennison.

The bonders deliver placement to within +/- 1 millimeter, and are capable of accurately applying more than 600 Avery Dennison ComfortTag™ heat transfer labels per hour. They apply heat transfers to socks, bottoms, sportswear tops, bras, underwear and T-shirts in a variety of fabrics; and to footwear components.
