DyStar To Acquire Remaining Stake In Boehme Filatex
Frankfurt-based textile and leather dye, auxilliary and services provider DyStar Textilfarben GmbH
& Co. Deutschland KG has agreed to acquire the remaining 25 percent of shares of Reidsville,
N.C.-based Boehme Filatex Inc. DyStar has held a 75-percent stake in the company since acquiring
the Germany-based Boehme Group in August 2006.

generate superior value for our customers,” said Dr. Uwe Mrotzeck, head of the Americas Region,
