DigiFab Unveils Grand Format Heat Press

Los Angeles-based DigiFab Systems Inc. recently unveiled the DigiHeat 136132-X3 grand-format electrical heat press. The new press features a working width of up to 132 inches and is suitable for transferring dye sublimation prints to polyester and polyester-blend fabrics. Target applications include apparel, banners, home décor and furnishings, and wall hangings, among others.

DigiHeat features include: multiple zone temperature control for consistent heat, resulting in improved color accuracy; a 14-inch Teflon®-coated carbon drum that allows for a transfer rate up to 12 feet per minute; air-driven tension control; automatic felt control and cool-down timer; adjustable temperature and speed control; and roll-to-roll and sheet-fed options. The new heat press is also easy to operate and low-maintenance, according to DigiFab.
