Lectra Supplies PLM Solution To JL International

Paris-based Lectra recently supplied France-based JL International — a designer, supplier, distributor and retailer through its Styleco branch of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel — with its Fashion PLM solution, which will enable JL International to organize, manage and share product and collection development information; as well as give the company control over sourcing processes and quality assurance.

"A team of 25, including 11 designers, is currently working on the creation of 1,500 seasonal styles across several brands," said Philippe Graffin, associate director of operations, JL International. "Thanks to Lectra Fashion PLM, we can completely control the development process of all our collections and manage the quality of every product."

JL International plans to first implement the solution’s Product Development application in developing its womenswear collections, in order to develop flagship brands.
